Mine didn't come with the qr app in the packed box but simple instructions did,so i Installed the google play app (aochuan) then registered my product important. Pay the extra and get the model that has the selfie stick because when you get the hang of the products functions you won't regret it, if you get stuck go to youtube because 1/ i love it 2 /i don't have time to explain all of it.
Everything arrived correctly and very quickly, the stabilization is great, but I don't know if I didn't calibrate it properly, sometimes it moves beyond what was expected.
This gimbal works extremely well it arrived super fast as well, i have an android and all the functions do work.
